Creating great homes together: Magna retains highest housing regulator rating
We’re proud to announce that the Regulator of Social Housing has rated Magna Housing as G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability again this year. This is the highest rating given by the regulator, recognising our strong governance and viability.
Supporting 16 Days of Action
At Magna, we are committed to supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
From 25 November to 10 December, we will again be taking part in the 16 Days of Action Against Domestic Violence by using the #16DaysOfAction hashtag in our social media posts. Creating new homes for local people
Magna will be building 2,000 new homes over the next 10 years and we are delighted to be supported with a significant boost from Homes England to support the first 300 of these.

Recently, Stephanie Lloyd-Foxe, Building Safety Manager at Magna, organised a full-day event for 175 students in year 10, at The Woodroffe School in Lyme Regis, to design a home of the future.
