Magna will be building 2,000 new homes over the next 10 years and we are delighted to be supported with a significant boost from Homes England to support the first 300 of these.

A great home means different things to different people and we’re always keen to know what it means to our customers and community. Recently, Stephanie Lloyd-Foxe, Building Safety Manager at Magna, organised a full-day event for 175 students in year 10, at The Woodroffe School in Lyme Regis, to design a home of the future.

As part of its commitment to invest in the work of local communities, Magna Housing has donated materials to support the opening of the new Fontmell Down Forest School.

Our customers' safety is really important to us - so much so that it’s one of our core objectives over the next three years. To support this, we’ve also joined the National Social Housing Safety and Compliance campaign.

Magna Housing is delighted to welcome four new members to its board and one new independent committee member.

We know the importance of giving back to our communities, which is why we support our colleagues to have a volunteering day each year. This year our asset management team were busy supporting the Jim Cronin Memorial Fund with some practical, outdoor, Covid-safe activities.
